Pampered Pet Apparel
Fred's Fashions started by making bowties and bandanas for the neighborhood pets. We expanded our produce lines to include toys, raincoats and winter coats.
Opening a booth of the Coastal Coast Flea Market we quickly gained a loyal following for service and police dogs. In March 2020 we moved to our current location at the historic City Market in Charleston.
